When I say hes the most important man in my life, that truth will hold forever. A woman has her father who is the first man in her life, who makes memories and teaches lessons, who is the first guy shell ever love. A woman has her husband, who makes memories and teaches lessons, and who provides her with the opportunity, if desired and blessed, to have the most amazing gifts life can offer. But a woman who has a son, while making those memories and teaching/learning those lessons, gets to experience that unconditional love for a guy, that unwavering and irreplaceable love, and its never-ending...because as he grows, so does every ounce of interest and intrigue and admiration and respect and hope that I could possibly have for him. Im the luckiest mom in the world because I have this amazing little man in my life...hes had my heart for nine years and forever. Happy birthday to my Jack. Sorry to get sappy...but this year has been a challenging one, and hes still kissed me on the forehead at any time that weve parted for any reason, be it school, gnight, or just randomly, outta nowhere, because he felt I needed it. Hes grown up so much over this past year and I couldnt love the young man hes becoming any more than I do right now.
