When I started doing the weight machines at the gym I started at a light weight to get my arms use to performing the motions. Then I upd the weights & my arms were so sore I was literally crying & couldnt sleep for a few days! Been going to the gym for a while- Ive increased the weights on each machine, minimized my cardio, and added extra machines to workout my abs & chest. I have a mild light soreness, but not as bad as that first time! Been drinking a lot of water, snacking on more fruits/vegetables, fiber, and I supplemented my sweet creamer coffee with green tea with honey. I still wear my sweat belt & no longer wear my sweater being that I think Ive lost enough weight... its time to start toning! I wanna research more on different exercises, techniques, healthy food options, and just expand my mind to bettering myself physically & mentally.
