When I started this running program I would run for a few minutes at a time alternating with walking for a few minutes which worked out perfectly cause there is a short flat road behind our house and Boston could play in the small field next to it and I could watch him. Now I am at the point where I am running 20+ minutes and too continue running on that road would mean I would have to go back and forth about 15x and that would get REALLY boring! Mammaw and Elesibeth watch Boston sometimes but I feel bad cause they watch him about 4x a week for an hour. Any other suggestion as to what to do with Boston while I run besides joining a gym or daycare?
