When I started using Facebook I used it primarily as a tool to keep in touch with my friends. I am now using it more a more as a tool for professional development, e.g. getting involved in groups like this one. However, maybe I am being a bit schizophrenic here but I dont want colleagues and especially potential clients to see personal photos, messages about my children or silly jokes I share with friends. Ideally I would want two profiles: one personal profile and one professional profile, but as far as I know that is not even allowed, and it would not be very practical either as I would have to log on and off every time. I could set up a company page but that would not solve the problem that people will click my name when I post anything in groups - at the moment they will not see anything about me as I only share my profile with friends. How do you guys deal with that? Any thoughts?
