When I started working online, things were easy. Write blog post, edit blog post, publish blog post. Make sure the RSS was working. Now... now I have a blog publishing template that gets longer every month. Its longest when clients are new and we havent got a clue which social media platforms work best. Over time, it gets shorter again as cross promotion starts to work. It also gets faster and having the template means you can hand the boring, repetitive bits over to your VA service company. Still, the days of write blog post - edit blog post - publish blog post are definitely long over.
