When I think of my family & lifestyle, I believe that were among most other Americans... We have a family of 6. I was young with my first, Mason, who is now 9. Mason & I have grown together over the last several years & he is my angel. I met my fiancé a little over 2 years ago & we now have our princess, Aubrey, who is 9 months. We have 2 dogs & are in the process of financing our own home. My fiance & I both work full - time & our commute is about 40 minutes one way. We live comfortable.. When I say that I mean that we dont get financial help of any kind, we dont live as I did as a single mother, in December theres late payments on bills for Santa to come, we go out to eat occasionally, my son enjoys sports, we are able to spoil our kids if we watch it on other things, but another $10,000 a year wouldnt hurt. :) Anyways, my point of this.. Im looking for some input & advice.. We all strive to be the best mother & often times we have talks with ourselves about becoming more involved & better organized. We feel by planning our stress will decrease & we can enjoy a 20 minute bath without 2 hours of planning for it.. Ive had the last talk Ive had with myself because I need help.. I am only human & I tire, I get frustrated, I feel like at times I even sound like one of my whiney kids after theyre told no. I want to coupon, I want to eat around the table, I want to enjoy my weekend, I want to enjoy a game night, I want to enjoy 30 minutes a night with my fiance, I want to work out, I want to pull time out of my rear end... Help me out Mommas! I dont need a spotless house, a 4 pack, a manicure & pedicure, or a chef or maid... just a better routine or to clone myself. I believe I am pretty rational.. I try to prioritize, but lets face it.. All of our duties as mothers are important. Any input is welcome & appreciated! :)
