When I walk through the perfume haze of a cosmetic counter, I think how lucky MK customers are that they dont have to ask a different person each time about skin care, be demo-ed on by lipstick straight out of the tube (ew!!) or pick an eyeshadow from a display that countless people have had their fingers in. I just overheard a lady tell the counter person Im not sure which foundation I bought last time and have her be told that she has to try them all again!!! No customer files, no delivery, no return policy unless its defective... Yikes. I used to be a cosmetic counter shopper. Not anymore. #marykay
