When I was 18, I had this strange message come--Work with horses. As a manager at a bagel shop in the suburbs I thought, Right, Ill get on that. Lowandbehold within days a coworker asked if anyone was available to help do farm chores at a horse farm out in the country. When I first met Tina aka Elizabeth Shinkle, she began to coach me in the ways of deep intuitive listening. She taught me her ways of treating horses for past abuses and present environmental toxicity using herbs, touch, and recognition of the struggles many horses face as racers and riders. But perhaps more stunning, was her way with the horse. She spoke clearly of the horses consciousness, its needs, its desire to be seen in its depth. This woman is a wisdom keeper, a deep healer, a horse whisperer, a woman ahead of her time. She needs help, raising money to keep feeding, as we prepare a new website that will allow her to share her ground breaking knowledge.
