When I was 18 and living in Jamaica, I remember talking to an old Rasta who quoted the Bible to explain why marijuana use was ok (...and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations - Revelations 22:1-2) I also remember thinking he was crazy. But lately, I keep hearing about how marijuana is being used to drastically reduce seizures in children, for insomnia, pain, schizophrenia, even cancer, and the list goes on. Just today, I overheard a GRANDMA talking about how her edible pot is the only thing that has worked for her restless-leg syndrome! Maybe that crazy old Rasta had a point, in a round-a-bout way.
