When I was a child there were these punch bag toys that when they were punched they would pop back up. Some days our lives are like that. We take verbal punches from people, and sadly some even take physical ones. The tempter is always there telling us to lay down and give up. He whispers to our ears that we are failure and losers... But...The Holy Spirit of God will always rise up in the one who is in Christ. If we are listening to Him and believe Gods Word we will rise again and again. I know from experience that I must believe in the goodness of God and know that HE is FOR me. Therefore, it doesnt matter who is against me. Even if the whole world hates me and comes against me, I am still under the eternal banner of Gods love because I am in Christ and He is in me! So are you if you are in Christ! He will give all who are in Him the faith to be confident and secure in who they are in Him so that neither the winds of adversity or the words of the adversary will be able to knock them down.
