When I was about finished with the 20 x 16 painting The Secret Sharer, (warrencriswell/secret_sharer-oil1373.html) I decided to embed it in a larger panel to give it some context. If I had thought of that to begin with I would have painted the whole thing on a larger canvas, but that would have been too easy. So when I went out to my workshop to build the panel, this is what happened.... Im OK. Just a busted lip. And a memory of free fall.
