When I was being trained for the ministry I was taught that you dont let new Christians minister because of their immaturity and lack of Bible knowledge. All of you who attended my first church, years ago, can verify that I took that concept to heart. Hopefully if I mention Christian Establishment you wont have to go back to your counsellor. I have planted churches, pastored, trained people on the mission field and lead crusade teams using that concept. Fortunately many of you have come to overlook the severity of that CE training and only remember the good that came out of it. THANKYOU for your graciousness! Now I am doing the opposite my goal is to get people winning others to Christ the first week they are save and then getting them to baptize their own converts and on and on. Im just the trainer and coach. It is so exciting to watch them go for it! I have to say that I am having more fun doing ministry than I ever have in my entire life. By the way, no one calls me pastor Short anymore and I havent worn a suit and tie in 10 years except for weddings and funerals.
