When I was brought on as a member of this group, I was elated and considered it a great honour. Abba Gidado is my friend and my brother. We have embarked on political stunt and journey together. We share the same vision and deep compassion for Nigeria and Nigerians wherever they hail from. I was not let down when I got to talk to Engr. Nuhu Gidado the reason behind this group. He demonstrated the same level of tolerance, patience, passion and commitment to service to humanity like Abba. I knew my family just got expanded. At every opportunity we had the chance to interact, my well being and safety was his priority. My contribution to his campaign is secondary. If I felt that was the utopia of selflessness and humility, I was stunned to learn there was more in the offing. The demonstration of political maturity, submission to the will and sovereignty of Allah in the life of any man was so profound. He taught me a lesson, an important lesson of life that a leader doesnt have to be in the front to lead, he can achieve the same thing by falling behind. That is the only time he can be sure that no one is left behind or left out in the scheme of things. I believe this explains his acceptance to be the running mate/Deputy Governor designate. I salute the courage of this great man... I salute the virtues and moral of Engr. Nuhu Gidado.. To my friend... To my friends brother.. To my brothers brother... To my brother and leader.... Thank you for allowing me into your world in 2014... Thank you for your impact... Thanks for your tutelage.... Allah in His infinite mercy will grant us all as members of this group the greatest gift of life to achieve greater things together in 2015. Ma Salaam...
