When I was elected this was one of the videos that captivated me. As we look forward its worthwhile to reflect on ideas like those presented here to remind ourselves that no matter how difficult the conversations might be they are not about individuals. They are about bringing to bear the most capable talent, with the best skill sets, to achieve our communitys goals. Id encourage those making this important decision to ask themselves how we best determine who can best bring play, passion and purpose to our valleys schools.
