When I was growing up, I heard people say that the youths are leaders of tomorrow, I mean between 20 and 25 years ago, today they still say the same thing ,so when will tomorrow come? the system of government we practice now is known as gerontocracy which is government by the elders Alhaji , Babanga Tukur is 78 years old, Chief Tony Anenih is 80 years old, senator David Mark is 65 years old,, President Jonathan is 56 years old, Chief Obasanjo is 76 years old,Speaker Tambuwai is perhaps the youngest at 47 years even when you go to APC, Chief Bisi Akande is 74 years old, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu is 61 years old, Chief Tom Ikimi is 69 years old ,Gen Buhari is 71 years old just to mention a few again, the ages mentioned are official which means they may be older so if we sum up all these ages and divide the total by the number of names mentioned it means the average age of leaders in Nigeria is 67.7years . Lo ba tan o.When will they give the youths the chance?
