When I was growing up, it was not uncommon for me to witness (no pun intended) weekly the disciplining of Jehovahs Witness children as they were dragged back to the bathrooms and paddled for not sitting still during two hour long meetings that lasted past their bedtimes. Physical punishment was not discouraged, as you lovingly used the rod to ensure obedience and complete submission to the word of God. I thank my lucky stars every day that I chose education over this ignorance - and that I have not chosen to beat and humiliate my children to make sure they practice the same extreme version of Christianity that this ass hole does. We live in a sick world, folks.
