When I was little, my dad would exclusively play jazz and blues whenever I was in his car. Ill never forget hearing a song by B.B. King called I Pity the Fool which featured Buddy Guy. I would make him rewind the tape over and over because of how much I liked that other guys voice. As I grew older and my tastes matured, I grew more and more enamored with Buddy, and hes still one of my favorite artists. Earlier today, I got to check an item off of my bucket list, and watch Buddy Guy burn up the stage. What an incredible experience. You damn right I got the blues.
