When I was really young, about the age of 5, I found myself living every other five year olds dream. I had no bedtime. No rules. I could go wherever I wanted, whenever I wanted. I could stay at the park as long as I wanted to. Sometimes even longer than I wanted to. According to reports I was seen sleeping there overnight quite frequently. I remember not wanting to be there and trying to go to where my mom had us calling home for however long. The doors were usually locked. But I had a friend up the street whos parents loved me. The one time Id gone home because I couldnt find my older siblings, my friend wasnt home, it was cold and I was scared because it was dark. The door was unlocked for the only time I remember. I remember not being able to wake up my mother who was asleep at the kitchen table, I now know this was due to heavy drug abuse. But I thought she was just really tired and didnt make it to bed so I let her sleep. I went to the room where I slept and tried to fall asleep. I heard someone come in and thought it was just my mom, or one of my siblings and I remember pretending I was fast asleep. It was my moms boyfriend. I remember him calling me beautiful. I never got virginity.
