When I was young I used to love to fly. I would get up with a small bag with all of my essentials and just go to the airport and get on to the plane. It was such a neat experience being able to go anywhere in a matter of minutes or hours and feel like I could do anything. Fast forward twenty years to the cattle pen mentality of the airlines and the Gestapo filled with mindless drones that is the security checkpoint along with the filthy airports themselves and you understand why I hate to fly. And shame on all of us who fly and do not each time they rifle your bags or make you assume the position in the scanners scream like pigs under a gate. We are Americans people and we deserve better! We can do better if we put our minds to it. I am tired of being treated like a criminal. I wish that we all were. Rant over. ( heavy sigh)
