When I was younger, my mom use to warn me NOT to do certain things. Like dont touch the flames when shes cooking or dont eat yellow snow. When I didnt listen she would just let me just learn the hard way and let me go get beat up! TRUST ME, I LEARNED! When sponsoring a new person in your business, you can show them the system and make sure the do it the right way. If they continue not to listen, dont be afraid to LET THEM GO a little so they can learn the hard way. 2 great things will happen. A. They toughen up and become a better leader. TRUST ME THEY WILL LEARN! B. They quit and now you know early =)
