When I watched the video of the beluga whale interacting with the kids in the aquarium, I read the whales body language as aggressive or defensive. Im not an expert in whale body language, but I do have a really good innate ability to read body language (probably why I do so well with dogs). Apparently, according to the whale expert in this article, I was right on the money. I think maybe we need to teach kids to read body language in school.
