When I woke up this morning my ear pain was gone. I still had some pressure though. I got into see the Ear Nose and Throat Dr today. I was glad that they worked me in. She used a vacuum to get all the gunk out of my ear. It took a good while and I could feel it suction against my eardrum. And the sounds were indescribable. She suctioned until It actually felt like air was being pulled in through my nose and out my ear into the vacuum. Then she showed me on a diagram that my eardrum has a divot (pocket) in the upper portion and if left alone it will cause deafness in that ear. So I need to make an appointment with the ENT back home. I still have to stay on antibiotics for 10 more days, My ear is sore now. It feels bruised, but all the pain from the last few days is gone. Thanks to all of you for your love and prayers.
