When I worked and a crisis happened and we took care of it, we always looked at what happened, how we reacted and where there were problems so that we could address those problems and improve what we were doing and to not make the same mistakes. To me i think this is also a successful business model to follow, as much as we would like to just move forward in regards to the Impasse and critical meltdown of our government. It would behoove the newly elected BTBC to look at what happened and what needs to be done to resolve the problems, so we really can move forward. What happened can be looked in a professional way and it does not help to be pollyannish and just close your eyes to what happened.!!! Look at what was deemed wrong by the reviews that happened and where the program was deemed deficient and where things were being done wrong, that can be rectified right away. Also do an audit to really get a good picture. The newly elected were voted in to resolve things and to get us back on track --- i support them in doing that and I feel bad about the mess they walked into, but I know they can do it. If they work in unity and not make one man decisions but work as a group to do this!.
