When Jason and I started Insanity some years ago, we honestly had NO idea what it was going to do and HOW it was going to completely change our lives; physically, emotionally, mentally and financially. These pics show our transformation from ONE program--- Insanity. The most AMAZING thing is that 4 years later, together, we have kept the weight OFF... even through life changes and TWO kids.
