When John Kerry and Sergey Viktorovich Lavrov Russias foreign Mister spoke they had very separate views on what is going on. Meanwhile in Kiev the 5 top Russian TV stations cut off broadcasting leaving the population with no means of learning what the situation is. All but a few in Kiev speak Russian thereby making it impossible for the people to learn any truths. (Kiev is a bilingual culture.) Kiev is drifting towards a war. The people, in many cases ,not knowing whether or not this will come to pass. The Kiev government is trying to draft a new government but are afraid of the strong, raqcist, right wing Freedom Party members that hold five seats in the Parliment whose values are inconsistant with theirs. They are armed and go around beating up people,patrol the streets striking fear. Is this to be in legitament government of Kiev? Makes me wonder if this is why Putin is so insistant that the troops remain where they are.
