When Paul returned to Jerusalem (Acts 21) angry people created such an uproar that soldiers were dispersed to arrest and bind Paul. Folks get angry all the time but these people were the best of a good religion. How can those who claim to love God who has fashioned and cares for every human be consumed with so much hate toward another even before hearing him out? Is that us sometimes when we judge what we fear and we fear what we judge? Jesus, forgive our haste to judge, our slowness to accept what we dont understand and our failure to trust You and Your Word. Help us live by Your strength and in Your love and by Your patience and with Your wisdom. Pastor S
