When Voices are Crushed Throughout history of mankind the rich and powerful whether as persons or systems when faced with challenges to their domineering or domain have tried to stifle, choke and gag those, whether individuals or groups that do not bow to their dictate nor pander to their reign. Its a kind of oppression against the individualist man or group of men. The rich and the powerful aware of their privilege and influence in matters of justice and fair play use this privilege to create a psychosis of threat, fear and reprisals to those that they perceive to be a block, barrier and barricade to their dominance. We see an example of this in what one of members here Devu Supriya Purushottam Chodankar was subjected to, this week. How does a little person with an idea make a presentation that can compete, which by the way is in direct conflict with what the powerful is presenting before us, the gullible public. Given the latitude scale on which the government system functions, their policies will more often ascertain their progress or lack of it by their own standards never understanding the struggle of those that seek parity in the benefits and justice in that system. When you consider that many of the bearers of truth and justice were either jailed, crucified, hung, beheaded, ostracized or otherwise crushed, we may have to genuinely ask, when will the truth and justice prevail? When will the will to free expression really be free?
