When-Which- How Practice I grabbed my I-pod, jumped into my - TopicsExpress

When-Which- How Practice I grabbed my I-pod, jumped into my beater mobile – I call it my beater mobile because it beats all other vehicles in fuel inefficiency – but the insurance is cheap. Next I stopped at the Perk to grab a coffee, and then headed to the airport. Before turning onto the highway I plugged into my I-Pod and did Event Temples 1&2. It’s a good chance to practice breathing with the heart and visualizing the 6 heart virtues; with my eyes open – of course. I had no warp drive on my beater so of course I was going to be late. I figured I’d tell him the Clingons detained me. Or like……. I met Spock and he told me a joke and I peed my pants. Nahhh….. to corny. I’ll think of something. Anyhow, I arrived in 25 minutes. Surprisingly, I was on time Kirk’s plane was just landing and because we have such a small rural airport with no exray machines or strip searches he’d be out in less than 10 minutes. He was out front in 9.999 minutes. “Heh Buddy over here” As he dropped his bags and gave me the man hug – you know. Left arm around the body{barely} and a good thump with a right hand closed fist between the shoulder blades. Then he did his standard Trekkie greeting, right hand up fingers separated into a V, then he smiled, “ Live Long and Prosper” I could’nt help it I responded with, “ Nanoo – Nanoo”, and separated my fingers into a a sideways V. “ He actually laughed and said, “ The Dork greeting me like Mork from Ork…… I gotta hand to ya Phaser, you got a hellava sense of humor and if I wasn’t your friend I probably still would think you were an idiot.” As we headed towards my vehicle Kirk laughed and said, “is that thing still roadworthy”? I could feel something was bothering him but said “Yeah, but it’s got no warp drive” We laughed and I started her up. “ Damn it even starts up” Heh….. Heh wait a second Phase, (pointing to the airport exit} you see that guy coming out”? Yeah,- Why? “Poor bastard just had his prostate removed and some surgery down there” Down where? You know? “O.K ya ya I get you. Poor guy Blessings to him. How do you know this”? I sat beside him on the airplane. I really appreciate you telling me about the E-papers on the Heart Virtues at that Web-site at Event Temples.org. I downloaded all three of them. The Rising Heart. Living from the Heart. And John Berges When,Which How Practice Guidebook. After what I’m about to tell you I think you’ll understand why this information came in handy for me. You want to hear about it Paul? He called me by my real name and his tone got serious. “Yes of course Kirk tell me. But first you hungry, want to go for some breakfast.” Yeah, - lets go to the Cracked Egg for some breakfast. “Sure” The Captain began: “ After the Hippie Guy at the bookshow told me about the Website EventTemples.org also i knew I had to I download all three e-papers. I know you had already told me about them but now it was time. Anyhow the three I downloaded and printed out were. 1. Living from the Heart. 2. When-Which-How Practice Guide. 3. The Rising Heart. I read the first two papers – I could not put them down. The quality of information and depth is incredible. It contains the framework and foundation of a spiritual revolution. And brings this revolutionary information down to the responsibility of the individual to operate under behaviorial intelligence. And this starts with not just intellectually acknowledgeing the Six heart Virtues but working with them.” Kirk reached back to his briefcase and pulled out a copy of “ Living from the Heart” I quickly interjected, “ by the way Kirk I understand all of those papers are going to be in Vol. 2 of The Collected Works of the WingMakers.” “Wow! That’s great I bet the Hippie guy will like that. Any how listen.” Captain Kirk began reading the introduction from the, ”Living From the Heart” E-Paper. Introduction “If you were to plot the evolutionary trajectories of the past 2000 years for technology, science, economics, medicine, and most any other category of human endeavor, you would see trend lines racing upwards like rockets, particularly in the last 100 years. Only in those categories related to human emotion would you see comparatively flat lines, and, in some cases, devolution. It is clear that on an intellectual, technological, and monetary scale our progress has evolved dramatically, but how we manage our emotions, and more importantly, how we orchestrate them in order to enhance our understanding of life and intuitive perception has changed very little since the dawn of civilization. And yet, when you think about it, our ability to live from the heart and coordinate our emotions is a key component for better living—and not just for ourselves, but for our circle of family and friends, community, and the entire planet. It enables us to adapt more easily to the challenging curvatures that invariably shape our journey through life. It permits us to operate from a foundation of comparative stability instead of the constantly shifting sands of life’s dramas that drain us of our innate, spiritual vitality”. He skipped to page four then continued then continued: “There is a saying within the Lyricus Teaching Order: “What one can express through their heart is gold to the iron of the mind.” The gold, in this case, is the ability to express the six heart virtues in tandem, separately, or as an ensemble team to the various situations that life unveils. It is learning to modify your actions based on these six virtues and observing how they re-calibrate your value system, re-vitalize your energy and creativity, and re- coup your sense of balance and emotional poise. In doing this, you not only apply your emotional energies for the purpose of creating and maintaining a coherent personal state, but you also create a coherent field around you; a field that touches and intersects with others through the principles of quantum entanglement, resonance, coherence, and non-locality. The energies of our emotionalfield are real and interconnected in a vast assemblage of intention and information that is near-boundless in its embrace. The denser emotions like jealousy, greed, and anger enter this cosmic field and inform its baser instincts, creating the conditions for strife and instability within our manifest reality. The finer energies that compose the six heart virtues, inform the divine instincts of the cosmic or quantum field that enfolds the multiverse. Thus, we are left with a choice to conduct our personality and emotions so they inform the quantum field in which we all live with the divine frequencies that uplift and support all life. If this is our choice, then mastery of the six heart virtues is an efficient and effective method for its attainment. It comes down to this: We approach our divinity through the heart and not the head. One’s intellect can encompass vast amounts of information and knowledge. We can study all the words of our prophets and scholars, but if we are not expressing the six heart virtues, we have only filled our heads with words, concepts, and intellectual bravado. Our behaviors remain tethered to the baser instincts, and while we may write or speak profound insights, our emotional energies remain agitated, uncertain of their expression from moment to moment, and unguided by the intelligent voice of our heart. Living from the Heart By James Mahu, excerpts from pgs 3&4 Kirk stopped reading and paused, then looked at me and said, Paul I was a real asshole to that guy on the plane. I stayed up pretty much all night reading those e-papers on Living from the heart and was really tired and I wanted to just sleep on the plane. “The guy I just pointed out, as you saw is pretty heavyset but when he sat down he would not stop squirming. This went on for five minutes into the flight and then finally I was so mad that I blurted out and asked him, “ what the hell was wrong with him, and for Christ’s sake would he stay still” He continued,” the anger was so intense in me and I could not believe that he was so inconsiderate”. He turned to me and he had a tear in his eye and said, “ Sir, I’m really sorry and I should not even be on this plane but my daughter and wife just passed and I’m two days out of major surgery. This was the first flight and I had to be on it. Once I have a pain killer I’ll be a little more settled so I won’t bother you.” “Paul can you imagine what a shit I felt like? Especially spending the last few hours learning about how to live from the heart.” “Then a steward showed up and gave him a cup of water he took a couple of pills and then settled back in his chair and started sobbing.” This was a living example of the “Iron of the Mind” I was informing the “Quantum Field” at that moment and just like James says: “We can study all the words of our prophets and scholars, but if we are not expressing the six heart virtues, we have only filled our heads with words, concepts, and intellectual bravado. Our behaviors remain tethered to the baser instincts, and while we may write or speak profound insights, our emotional energies remain agitated, uncertain of their expression from moment to moment, and unguided by the intelligent voice of our heart.” “My head was filled with all the words and concepts and intellectual bravado and I failed to apply the heart virtues.” I interjected, “Kirk it takes time, I read all those papers alot, but when my kids are screaming and my wife is upset and I’m all worried about paying my bills sometimes I lose it. But, when I do I try to come back to my center and forgive myself, and then send blessings out to all in my “Local Universe” and then I’ll Practice the “When –Which –How, it’s only when I’m practicing it that I actually start to live it. When we do it’s only then we become Genuine – a Spiritual Genuine. The Paper called “The Art of the Genuine”- A Spiritual Imperative is a foundational Key to working with the Virtues. There is so much information now about the heart and how to be heart centered and all of that but, it really comes down to how we react with one another not just with our loved ones and those within our religious or spiritual circles (who generally only see our masks) but with everyone and life’s circumstance. How we behave and how do we react in everyday situations is the key. You might say this guy on the plane came into your local universe for a reason. Perhaps it was to comfort this soul burdened by tragity by sending compassion. Also it was your opportunity to learn. Kirk smiled and said, Ya, “I guess your right. After the man fell asleep the first thing I did was forgive myself. I just kept repeating the word forgiveness”. Then I send compassion to him. I visualized compassion light from my heart to his. Yeah buddy that’s a good start is it not? At that moment you were living from the heart. You had Genuine feelings of compassion, and applied the virtues of the heart in a directed way. And the when was then at the moment. Which ones were after your initial reaction. And you did it by sending blessings and compassion from your heart. My friend that a good start, you began The When Which How Practice and I believe that Living from the heart, and becoming a spiritual genuine will be the most important activity and behavior anybody can do. And it starts with our own emotional mastery. Blessings and Appreciation to you Kirk. Kirk closed his eyes and I saw tears dropping -then he said softly,” Can you imagine what that man must be going through..... I send him strength and courage may he have the Valor to continue his life. Together we said, Light of Virtuous entities surround him. We were both in appreciation for the When-Which –How Practice. A guide for everyday use.by John Berges We arrived at the Cracked Egg and went in for breakfast.
