When a Nation is at War with a relentless enemy, you dont de-moralise the Army by punishing officers & soldiers while the war is on. It gives a wrong signal to the enemy. That we are not serious about victory. And if BJP is trying to score political points before the Jammu Kashmir elections to get more votes, then its most unfortunate if the electoral strategy involves using the Army as a political weapon.
