When a man asks me what I want, I tell him the Cinderella story. Some laugh or think Im crazy...and thats okay because I am. Yes, I believe in fairy tales and why wouldnt I? The irony in Cinderella is a reflection of a lot of our struggles either now or at a certain point in our lives. The things Ive been through, the struggles, the obstacles, and the deliverance, why wouldnt I believe? No one wouldve thought my life would be this way today. I didnt imagine that my life would be this way today. The transformation in my life was magical, but it happened. The love that I desire, is magical. Miss me with all the BS that I want too much or the world doesnt offer that anymore because so many are jacked up in their hearts, including myself. But Im not looking for what the world has to offer, Im waiting on what I know God has for me. Some things we cant see with our eyes but we can feel in our spirit. Just like I couldnt see the change when God was knocking, even when he snatched me up. And even in the midst of my transformation, at times my eyes still couldnt see. I couldnt see but I could feel, even in my uncertainty. I know nothing is perfect and I dont expect it to be, but what I want is rare...I want me a Prince Charming and I want happily ever after! Im not talking about riding up on some white horse although that would be nice...Im talking about love my dirty drawers, desire the same hopes and dreams, the ability to see beyond the distractions, be a go getter just like me, have the same mindset that failure is not an option, and just do the darn thing lol.
