When a mega-industry, KFC, decides to cut corners, they have to ensure that they retain their original flavor without destroying the original. They may make improvements which are actually detrimental to their main business. So since I was literally curried off their sauce, will now be making my own. Then the Managers who are asses and who refuse to consider that their converting their buriyani curry to a watereed down version of sugar laced tomato ketchup will actually be injurious people, means that they will lose business and then wonder why!
