When a person doesnt share your passion or burden for a particular aspect of the Kingdom, it does not mean that they are slack, misguided or negligent. It also does not mean that your passion or burden is any less valid due to their lack of zeal for it. Dont get tunnel vision in the Kingdom. God gives particular people specific passions in order to accomplish His plan. He places those people in the Body where He chooses. Bring excellence to the area He has appointed to you and let others do the same. We are not in competition with one another. One Head, one faith, one Body, one Lord... But lots of different types of work to get done.
