When a person has no peace in their mind and thoughts its because there is a lack of Christs divine revelation. In others words a person must get filled with God again. Technically at salvation a person recieves Jesus. But any time our focus is occupied with worldly affairs we get overwhelmed and lose our peace. Focus back on Jesus with your time, sing songs to Him , READ His Word and you will see your peace return. ;)
