When a person values one parent over the other. Maybe they have money or something of value while the other only has love to give. When they have a parent that has a major surgery and had to be brought back twice from the last procedure and they dont even call while their other parent can fart and go to the hospital they rush right down. One parent raised them while the other only seen them when they had to and only out of obligation. Couldnt stop by one parents house even though it was on their way home while spends countless hours with the out of the way parent. When one parents new spouse cares for you while the other parent cares more for their new step kid more than they do you but its not even a thought now.
