When a salesman pitch his services or products hard, you have to be more guarded. A good product or service will naturally attract good customers. Ive done a lot of sales and the one thing all people hate is hard selling. Ive tried every type of sale techniques from the hard sell to the soft sell. 1. On fear 2. On greed 3. On religion 4. On exclusivity 5. On consultation. The most rewarding is based on consultation. It goes both ways, the seller and buyer respect each other. The seller wont push it if he knows that what he offers doesnt serve the need of the buyer. The buyer buys the product or service and in turn refers her friend that have a similar need. It takes a lot of skill to do that. Its not only about the product or service, its also about learning human motivation. Currently Im forming up a sales team. Im looking for individuals that are willing to learn and excel in their lives.
