When a sitting governor decides to be peddling lies and propaganda in order to score cheap political gain; especially against a bereaved family whose diseased member was a man of repute, dignity and honour, then such a governor has decided to dance naked in the marketplace and should be made fun of by children. Charles Oputa may be a mad man in the eyes of some observers but that certainly does not mean he is mad. He is an old man in his 60s and knows the tradition of our people so well. He also was a man after his fathers heart. The fact that Rochas lied about an alleged 20m or issued a bounced cheque as the case maybe, was irresponsible and indignant enough to cause the humiliation area father gave him. He who fetches an ant infested firewood will certainly have no reason to complain when the lizards are trooping in.
