When a vehicle skidded on an icy Kentucky road in February, it slammed into a day-care center. No one was hurt, but the center is raising money to install concrete barriers in case it happens again. Honestly, if barriers would keep cars from crashing into a [day care] it needs to be done right away, said Orlando mother Melissa Hobdy. No one wants to drop your kids off in the morning and then find out theyre in the hospital or dead.
