When a woman sells her son as a slave, he will not be freed at the end of six years as the women are. If he does not please the woman who bought him, she may allow him to be bought back again. But she is not allowed to sell him to foreigners, since she is the one who broke the contract with him. And if the slave boys owner arranges for him to marry her daughter, she may no longer treat him as a slave boy, but she must treat him as her son. If she herself marries him and then takes another husband, she may not reduce his food or clothing or fail to sleep with him as her husband. If she fails in any of these three ways, he may leave as a free man without making any payment. Exodus 21:7-11
