When all hope is gone get right back up on your feet put yourself together focus and fight back dont let anyone intimidate you and bring knock you down again fight with smarts speed skills and endurance concentrate on your oppenent body movement and hand movements stare him down right in the eyes never let your guard down that is your spirits temple protect it at all time then counter and fight back with your best you got dont let anyone catch you off guard Show that person you have no fear and you wont be defeated I am proud of WHO I am and I wont be defeated I will seek conqure and destroy I will not tolerate and will not give in to itimidation anyone that thinks that They think They can bully me back off I made it this Long with out giving up and I will keep pushing my hardest and striving just to survive anyone thinks They can bring my spirit down and selfesteem my answer to them is no no no I will never back down from nobody I am a survivor a warrior
