When all the donations were counted, including the spare change collected in the school lobby for several weeks, the Zach Pack Student Council received $3,750 in support of their Heifer International fund drive. After careful deliberation, they have decided to use the money to purchase and donate the following: 3 Heifers, 3 Water Buffalo, 3 Irrigation Pumps, 2 Llamas, 2 Goats, 3 Sheep, 1 Tree Seedling, 1 Hive of Honeybees, & 3 Flocks of Chicks. The mission of Heifer International is to work with communities to end world hunger and poverty and to care for the Earth. THANK YOU to everyone who supported this fundraiser!
