When did the airline industry get so bad at what they do? We left Fargo late on Wednesday and missed our connection to Kansas City because Hector didnt have de-icing fluid in the truck. So the trip down stunk. On the way home United takes extra $ to get me home early for an appointment. They bounce me all over so that I end up in Dallas from Kansas City. United delayed the flight out of Dallas to Chicago because the plane broke down. I get to Chicago and get to my gate 1 minute after departure time (after asking them to hold the plane) only to be told they locked the door and it is to late. The soonest they can get me out of Chicago is 4. So from 5 this morning till 6 tonight to get to Fargo from Kansas City. Any bets on my luggage? You have to laugh and have understanding for the workers but the system is broke.
