When does the pain of life end and the joy of life begin? Is it even possible to feel joy in the midst of pain? Or do you just wait patiently for joy to emerge, if ever? Sometimes life can really stretch our trust in the possibility that we can be truly happy from within - especially in light of all the personal complexities, negative thoughts, and challenges that so easily weigh us down. What Ive found, is that life is never going to be what I want it to be. It is going to be what it is, and its up to me to find the happiness within what is. If you look, it is always there, though sometimes, we just want to give up the search for the light. Though we may put a smile on the outside, the inside, and how we really feel, is what counts. Wishing that everyone who reads this will endeavor to turn on the divine flashlight in order to illuminate the shadows in your heart, and uncover the joy that is waiting to embrace you.
