When dogs are left to their own resources, they have to rely on pushing their way through the others in order to grab the few scraps of food available. Its hard to imagine what wee Lassie went through to survive. Her 6 month-old, sweet personality holds no animosity whatsoever. So were very glad she is now in the fold. A medium size when full grown, Lassie was found homeless, hungry, scared and lonely on one of the reserves. Its probable that her mom and siblings were also homeless. With no shelter or food and where the cold is far too cold, its a difficult life. But now this beautiful pup (perhaps with a mixture of shepherd, Great Pyrenees and who-knows-what-else), cant wait to find her new family. Lassie could not be sweeter. Calm, affectionate, mild-mannered, good with all dogs and cats, she will be an amazing companion. She is so happy to have a cozy, safe place in which to curl up and get attention and sweet words. The only things missing in her life now, are her very own people.
