When elected NDC national youth organizer, I will pursue the following with a sense of urgency. Identification of future leaders: Like every organization, political parties evolve and change leadership, and this calls for a succession plan. The succession plan of the political parties come from its youth front. But at all times, there must be a deliberate plan to identify and recommend such future leaders in various regional, constituency and national positions for the party and the nation at large. I will encourage this as youth leader. Open door policy: If there is any party executive who is unreachable by party members, it should not be the youth organizer. The National Youth Organizer must be the easiest person to reach and discuss issues and ideas with at all times. . It is often the complaint of many party faithful that their leaders are alienated from them especially when in power, and such complaints normally emanate from the youth who seek answers at all times. I will therefore run an open door policy to begin with the youth as well as rank and file must have unrestricted access to the youth organizer to put forward their views without prior appointments and bureaucratic procedures. Reward scheme for party youth organizers: Motivation induces hard work. And hard work brings success. Youth organizers in the various regional and constituency levels of the party need to be motivated to excel in their various roles which will go a long way to enhance the party agenda. Besides all these programs that have been elaborated, it will be our focus to advocate for general youth personal skills development and employment. My mission in this manifesto is to re-define a new purpose for the position of the National Youth Organizer of the NDC party, one that will serve the generality of the youth of Ghana and which will make the youth front of the NDC a formidable force in our body politics. It is time to get a new brand of leadership with a well set out agenda, ready to mobilize, network, coordinate and centralize all the best minds who will create and embrace new concepts,.. With this kind f experience and strong conviction of purpose, all Abubakar Musah Sidii, needs is a mandate to lead the youth of the NDC for mass and effective political organization. For the party’s manifesto to be well understood by the people, the party youth must first understand it and disseminate it. It will therefore be a major agenda to this regime to get the youth attuned to what pertains in the NDC manifesto so that government programs can properly be explained to the general public through the youth wing - Sidii Abubakar in - coming!
