When fiction collides with reality In my debut novel, Terminal Rage, I invented some pretty cool defense and law enforcement technologies. One of which was a mobile finger printing device used by the FBI in treacherous conditions. After publishing, I would later learn from my friends at the Bureau that the FBI is currently developing an almost identical device. Did you ever dream of an invention or technology before it was actually invented, only to see it come to life a few years later?
