When i was a child we shared our lunch and walked home in winter storms hiding under the snow next to the warm streams of Iceland In the Summer it was always afternoon and we found treasures in the local dump to take home and show and tell and get in trouble again. I could have lived that life forever. When I was a young man I used to ride my horse out in the Mesa of new mexico finding down fighter jets and Tanks and ancient aircraft burried halfway in the sand. We sneaked out our windows at midnight and ran across the road to catch Pigeons in the very top of a Drive in Screen I climbed on top of and stared at the stars alone. I could have lived that life forever. When I was a man I played the stage and wrote music to soothe the woes of a lady or two I broke my heart and I drank too much and smiled through even when it was rough. I couldnt have lived that life forever. Now as I grasp each day and laugh as much as I can I see you transforming to a man. I want help you I want to save you from such sorrow I try to tell you things to keep your heart and mind together. And I hope you You live this life forever.
