When im in open talks about what i do and what type of business i run...people ask me the same top (3 questions)..1 why would the state or any state want to do business with you? (I SAY)- BECAUSE I CAN GET THEM BACK THOUSANDS OF BACK PROPERTY TAXES ON HOUSES IN THERE STATE THATS JUST SITTING THERE AND NEW TAXES PAYED THERE AFTER...2 how do you get people to invest in sheriff sales?(I SAY)-have big events an expo for that area and show them how easy it is to buy repair rent and anyone can afford them.3 HOW WILL THE COMMUNITY RESPOND TO ALL THIS..(i say) great cause houses need repairs so they going to need alot of contractors thus creating more jobs in the area...THIS IS WHY I STAY UP LATE AT NIGHT THINKING:)
