A ) Backsquat (first time doing low bar this week) I tried a different approach building up to max today with some big jumps. 5 reps @ 70 kg 5 reps @ 100 kg 4 reps @ 130 kg 3 reps @ 160 kg 2 reps @ 190 kg 1 rep @ 205 kg 3 reps @ 215 kg (video - Lacking a little depth in the 3rd rep, but who gives a f#*k) 3* 1 rep @ 200 kg All out squat day, legs a now completely fried, hope they are ready for tomorrow! B ) 4 rounds 3 squat jumps @ 70 kg 6 Wide grip pullups C ) Kroc rows 3* 15/15 reps @ 32 kg
