When in the beginning my Boss Kathy Turissi would send me off to a new department, I would hesitate and fear that I may not do well. She would say, I will never send you where I know you will fail. And everywhere I go, I actually learn new things about my career, meet new people and actually like the job but not enough to leave the Pool. So from then on, whenever she sends me off somewhere, I never question her anymore. When she tells me to jump, I ask, How high?
