When it comes right down to it...I do know my way around a kitchen very well. Whether I was on the prison kitchen cooking for 2 thousand inmates, or making a slammin dinner from scratch during my years of homelessness using a camp stove in the out of doors even when the weather wasnt so forgiving. Tonights fare consisted of top sirloin steak...medium rare, a mixed spring salad with bacon bits, medium cheddar cheese diced into bite size squares, fresh ripened tomatoes off the vine with garlic and ranch dressing, mashed potatoes from scratch with a subtle splash of garlic butter, and a side of red beans and rice...Mmm! Double chocolate ice cream with chunks of brownie mixed in. .. to cool off the palate nicely! I thoroughly enjoy cooking, , and the only thing that tops that is eating it. Have a great night all!
